Mira DeGregory

Mira is a junior studying Global Development with minors in American Indian and Indigenous Studies and Law and Society. Coming from a family of climate-impacted farmers, Mira is passionate about pursuing law to protect the rights of the ecologic, migrant, and indigenous communities. This fall, Mira is interning for the International Rescue Committee with the Career Services team. She is also Co-President, with brother Thej, for Cornell University's American Civil Liberties Union, as well as a member of Professor Karim-Aly Kassam's Human Ecological research group. If Mira isn't locked in with a latte in hand, you can catch her dancing Hip-Hop for campus festivals, singing at open mics, munching with Zilala, and exploring the ADKs.
