Kaelyn Sandifer

She/Her

Kaelyn is a junior in the ILR school from Charlotte, North Carolina. She is interested in artist’s rights from the perspective of both labor rights and intellectual property. On campus, Kaelyn is the Editorial Director for Thread Magazine and a writer for the Cornell Diplomat. She is also a research assistant for Devon Proudfoot, focusing on equality issues in the creative industries. This semester she is working with a New York-based nonprofit to advocate for disabled artists. During her free time, Kaelyn likes to write, thrift for the loneliest-looking sweaters, and strum folk songs on her guitar.
