Taylor Ruisch
Chapter President 2016-2017
Taylor served as president of KAPi from 2016-2017, graduating from Cornell in 2017 from The ILR School with minors in Business, Law & Society and Inequality Studies. Outside of KAPi, Taylor was also involved in her social sorority, Alpha Phi, Class Councils as Zinck's Chair, Cornell Prison Education Project, and the Meinig Family Cornell National Scholars executive board.
After graduating, Taylor moved to New York City where she joined the compensation strategy & design team at Goldman Sachs. She is also involved in the New York Junior League as a community relations partner, helping to connect volunteers with various organizations across NYC including Henry Street Settlement, Meatloaf Kitchen, and Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church / St. James.
Her biggest advice to current students is to not fear rejection or the unknown. Every successful professional has experienced setbacks and rejections, it's the lessons that you learn from each trial that matter!
