I studied Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell and graduated in May 2019. KAPi was one of my main campus involvements; during my junior year I served as President and during my senior year I was one of the New Member Educators. I am very excited to see the growth in KAPi's diversity during the time I have been involved in the organization. Besides KAPi, Scholars Working Ambitiously to Graduate was another campus organization that really served as a home for me. Some of my favorite Cornell memories came from serving on the executive Board for SWAG and working to improve our mentorship program for black men on campus. My advice is that your time at Cornell comes to an end a lot faster than you think, so be sure to reflect on the relationships you want to nurture with friends, professors and the larger Ithaca community, and then prioritize them.
