Richard Li

Richard Li is a senior studying Government with a minor in China-Asia Pacific Studies. On Campus, Richard has been a Meinig National Scholar that has captained the policy debate team, served as research for a fellow for the Cornell Tech Policy Lab, and serves as the undergraduate representative for Cornell Law School's Federalist Society. Richard's writing has been published in the Brookings Institution, with other projects he has worked on appearing in Lawfare, the Washington Post, and Foreign Affairs. This past summer, Richard was at the American Enterprise Institute as a Summer Academy fellow, where most of his work focused on foreign and defense policy. In his free time, Richard likes to golf, read American history, and is currently learning Arabic and French.
