Ivana Letayf Lazo de la Vega

Ivana Letayf Lazo de la Vega is a senior in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She is originally from Mexico City, Mexico, but calls San Diego, California, their home. With a passion for human rights, Ivana hopes to pursue a career in international comparative labor law with a focus on the Middle East. This past year, Ivana worked as a Labor Relations intern at the Walt Disney Company. Other past internships include working in the social entrepreneurship and nonprofit sectors.
The most frequently asked question is “Where in the world is Ivana?” Taking spontaneous adventures is Ivana’s specialty - you might catch them at a concert, on a road trip, or exploring the greater upstate area with a camera in hand.
